Recipe

For Seafood broth for paella:

  1. Sauté the seafoods and meat.
  2. Fry the sepia, squid, octopus, chopped garlic and fried tomato.
  3. Pour the fish fumet, boil for 3 min.
  4. Add the rice (200 g).
  5. Taste and add salt to taste, leave to cook for 18/20 min. until all the stock has been absorbed.
  6. Remove from the heat.
  7. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Bon appetit !
